Fourth Charged in Toronto Homicide, Man Sought in Assault

Toronto Police have charged an additional person in connection with the November 25 homicide of Dylan Adams, an 18-year-old resident of Toronto. The investigation into the fatal shooting has led to a fourth arrest, with authorities continuing to piece together the events that unfolded early that morning.

Fourth Suspect Arrested

Stephen Brice Pierre, 27, of Montreal, was arrested on Monday and charged with eight firearm-related offenses. A Canada-wide warrant had been issued for his arrest. Police had previously identified Pierre as a suspect in the case.

Earlier, Frandy Noel, 27, of Toronto, was charged with second-degree murder the day after the homicide. On April 11, authorities arrested Zavion Boswell, 22, of Toronto, and charged him with multiple offenses, including manslaughter, robbery with a firearm, and three counts of possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm. On April 27, police announced the arrest of Issem Mohamed Rehayem, 30, of Montreal, who faces charges including unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order.

Details of the Incident

According to police, on November 25 at approximately 4:45 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the King Street and Spadina Avenue area. It is alleged that Noel was approached by a group of males who discharged firearms, striking him. Noel then allegedly discharged a firearm, striking one of the males in the group, Dylan Adams. Noel was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Adams was dropped off at a hospital shortly after and was pronounced dead.

Man Sought in Assault Investigation

Toronto Police are also asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted in connection with an assault. On May 17 at 3:30 p.m., officers responded to a call in the Yonge and Dundas Streets area. It is alleged that after a verbal altercation at a mall, the suspect approached the victim and a physical fight ensued, resulting in significant but non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect is described as male, 40 to 50 years old, six feet tall with a slim build, and long grey hair in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing black pants, a black zip-up jacket, a black hat, and a dark-colored shoulder bag. Fatal Collision on Bayview Avenue

Toronto Police are investigating a fatal collision that occurred early Tuesday morning in the Bayview Avenue and Pottery Road area. At 12:21 a.m., a 37-year-old male was operating a 2025 red Ducati motorcycle southbound on Bayview, while a 32-year-old male was driving a 2025 black Honda CRV northbound. Police said the motorcycle crossed the center line and struck the Honda. The motorcyclist died at the scene. The driver of the Honda remained at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

Another Fatal Crash Under Investigation

Police are also investigating a fatal collision that happened Monday afternoon in the Nugget Avenue and Markham Road area. At 1:48 p.m., a 42-year-old male was riding a black Honda motorcycle westbound on Nugget, and a 53-year-old female was driving a green Ford Fusion eastbound. The Ford Fusion made a left turn into a private driveway and struck the motorcycle, then hit a stationary black Dodge Hornet driven by a 25-year-old male. The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died. The driver of the Ford Fusion sustained minor injuries, and the driver of the Dodge Hornet was unharmed. Police are asking for any security or dash-camera footage from the area.
