The incident, which occurred just after midnight heading into Friday, resulted in all five vehicle occupants being hospitalized with various injuries, including one female who sustained serious harm.

Midnight Crash Leads to Arrests

Toronto Police officers were dispatched to the area of Kingston Road and Brimley Road shortly after midnight on Friday, December 19, 2025, in response to a personal injury collision call. Upon arrival, they discovered a vehicle that had collided with a fence and come to rest on its side.

An immediate investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen. Police arrested the male driver and two male passengers directly at the chaotic scene. The two female passengers were located and arrested later while receiving treatment at a local hospital.
