Trump's Thanksgiving Rant Targets Immigrants, Vows Migration Ban
Trump's Thanksgiving message attacks immigrants, promises bans

Former President Donald Trump marked Thanksgiving with an extensive social media post that combined holiday greetings with aggressive political attacks and promises of severe immigration restrictions.

Holiday Message With Political Edge

In a message posted at 11:26 p.m. on Thanksgiving, Trump used the holiday platform to target multiple political figures and outline dramatic policy proposals. The two posts totaling more than 500 words attacked immigrants, President Joe Biden, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, and Representative Ilhan Omar.

Trump's holiday messaging has frequently contained political barbs. Last Thanksgiving, he targeted radical left lunatics, while his 2023 Christmas message included the phrase ROT IN HELL. His 2024 Father's Day message was dedicated to radical left degenerates.

Sweeping Immigration Proposals

The former president announced several significant immigration policy intentions, including:

  • Permanently pausing migration from all Third World countries
  • Ending all federal benefits and subsidies to non-citizens
  • Deporting migrants who are not net assets to the United States
  • Denaturalizing migrants who undermine domestic tranquility
  • Removing foreign nationals considered security risks or incompatible with Western civilization

Trump specifically targeted Somali migrants in Minnesota, describing Somalia as a decadent, backward, and crime ridden nation. He made unsubstantiated claims that Representative Ilhan Omar, who was born in Somalia, probably came into the U.S.A. illegally.

Context of Recent Events

The heightened anti-immigrant rhetoric comes after Wednesday's ambush shooting of two National Guard members in Washington, D.C. One service member died from injuries, while the other remained in critical condition as of late Thursday.

The suspect in the attack is an Afghan immigrant who entered the country legally through a resettlement program under the Biden administration and was granted asylum earlier this year by the Trump administration.

Trump concluded his Thanksgiving message with a qualified holiday greeting: Other than that, HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL, except those that hate, steal, murder, and destroy everything that America stands for — You won't be here for long!
