Warrant issued for suspect in Ogden murder

Calgary Police have released the name and photo of a man believed to be connected to a fatal assault in Ogden earlier this year. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Makuey Nhial, 25, in relation to the death of Dor Thor Metkurjock, 28, on March 25.

Suspect Description

According to a police release, Nhial is 6 feet tall, approximately 154 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators hope that releasing his photo will help further the investigation into the incident, which occurred in a home in the 2300 block of Crestwood Road S.E.

Incident Details

Police responded to reports of a physical altercation and upon arrival discovered a man in his 20s suffering from life-threatening injuries. The suspects had fled the scene before police arrived. The victim, later identified as Metkurjock, succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

Charges Filed

Two other men have already been charged in connection with the case: Tethloach Wawu, 24, and Wedial Buom Met, 22, each face one count of second-degree murder. The investigation remains ongoing.
