Timeline of Posts
At 11:03 p.m., Trump shared an apparently AI-generated image showing himself wearing swim trunks and floating on a gold-colored inflatable chair in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The image also featured Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and others. The water was depicted in a deep blue color, reflecting Trump's plans for the pool's renovation.
One minute later, at 11:04 p.m., he posted an image of first lady Melania Trump smiling alongside White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
At 11:13 p.m., Trump shared an image of Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) holding a baseball bat. Jeffries had originally posted the image himself the previous year, captioning it on Instagram: "Protecting your healthcare is as American as baseball, motherhood and apple pie." Trump, however, added his own caption: "Low IQ Democrat Minority Leader, Hakeem Jeffries, is nothing but a THUG, and he is a danger to our Country!"
At 11:15 p.m., he posted an altered image showing himself holding six "Wild" cards from the card game Uno, with the text: "I HAVE ALL THE CARDS."
At 11:22 p.m., a gold-colored illustration of Trump's face in profile was shared.
At 11:26 p.m., an image superimposing Trump's face onto Mount Rushmore appeared.
At 11:32 p.m., a photo of Donald and Melania Trump was posted.
At 11:37 p.m., a photo of Trump and King Charles III was shared.
At 11:40 p.m., Trump posted two images of the reflecting pool: one with algae labeled "Hussein Obama" and dated Sept. 29, 2012, and an edited version with no algae and deep blue water labeled "Trump" and "Coming Soon." He captioned the post: "This is what our Country was before, and after, 'TRUMP!'" The post was notably similar to one he shared the previous weekend.
At 11:41 p.m., an edited image of the reflecting pool with blue water and the text "American Flag Blue" was posted.
Finally, at 11:45 p.m., another edited image of the pool labeled "American Flag Blue" appeared, this time in a slightly different shade of blue.
