The second incident took place later that same day, when another driver was pulled over for erratic driving. A roadside breath test resulted in a fail, leading to charges. The third charge came on May 19, following a report of a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road. The driver, a 41-year-old local, was taken into custody.
