Mandy's Salads Launches Vancouver Delivery Before Stores Open

Mandy's Gourmet Salads, one of Canada's most popular salad chains, is making its way to Vancouver. Although the physical locations are not yet open, the company has already launched delivery services in the city.

Delivery Now Available

Before the grand opening of its two planned Vancouver locations, Mandy's has begun offering delivery through Uber Eats. The delivery radius is centered around 988 Expo Blvd and extends approximately 8 kilometers from that point. Customers can order favorites like the Peanut Satay Salad for $21 and the Berry Acai Smoothie for $14.

Two Locations Coming Soon

The company plans to open two outlets in Vancouver this year. A takeaway and patio location will open at 2202 West 4th Ave in Kitsilano, while a flagship restaurant will debut at 1067 W Cordova St in Coal Harbour. Exact opening dates have yet to be announced.

Aligned with Vancouver's Food Culture

Co-founder Mandy Wolfe noted that Vancouver's salad culture and focus on wellness align perfectly with the brand. “Vancouver’s salad culture, the whole relationship this city has with food and wellness, felt so aligned with everything Mandy’s stands for — in many ways, it’s always felt like a Mandy’s city to us, even before we started thinking about expansion,” she said in a news release.

Expansion from Montreal

Founded in Montreal in 2004 by sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, the business has grown to nine locations in Montreal, plus four locations and three ghost kitchens in Toronto. The menu has expanded beyond salads to include dressings, smoothies, bowls, and more.

Wolfe emphasized that the early delivery launch is a way to connect with future customers. “Delivery is our way of saying we hear you. We want to give locals a first taste before we open our doors in Kitsilano this summer,” she said.
