King's Hawaiian Waterfront Pop-Up in Toronto

King's Hawaiian, famous for its soft and sweet rolls, is celebrating the start of summer with a unique waterfront pop-up experience in Toronto. The event, titled “Sailing into Summer with King's Hawaiian,” will take place on June 20–21 at 415 Queens Quay W, offering complimentary sailing adventures, slider tastings, and a relaxing dockside lounge.

Free Sailing Experiences

Guests can enjoy pre-booked, hourly sail experiences from 10 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. on both days. These sails provide a chance to admire the Toronto skyline and enjoy the longest days of the year on the water. Due to limited availability, advance registration is recommended. Slider Sampling and Menu Highlights

From 12–4 p.m. each day, while supplies last, visitors can sample a variety of slider creations made with King's Hawaiian rolls. The menu includes:

  • Golden Coast Club: An inverted toasted Original Hawaiian Sweet Roll with chicken, goat cheese, sweet pepper, pesto, and Muskoka cherries.
  • Aloha Slider: Shredded lettuce, cheddar, pickle, and special sauce on a Savoury Butter Roll.
  • King's Vegetarian Caprese Slider: Roasted garlic and basil confit tomato, pesto, arugula, bocconcini, and aged balsamic reduction on an Original Hawaiian Sweet Roll.
  • Sunkissed Pineapple Bread Pudding: Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls with vanilla bean coconut custard, caramelized pineapple, and toasted coconut.

All items are designed for easy, shareable summer eating.

Dockside Lounge and Entertainment

The pop-up also features a dockside lounge with lawn games, seating, and live DJ sets to enhance the summer atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy the space between sails.
