Saskatchewan RCMP have seized significant quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl during a drug bust in Lloydminster. The operation, which took place on June 17, 2026, targeted drug trafficking activities in the region.
Details of the Seizure
Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Lloydminster, where they discovered and confiscated the illicit drugs. The seizure included over 2 kilograms of methamphetamine, 1 kilogram of cocaine, and a substantial amount of fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia and cash.
The estimated street value of the seized drugs is approximately $500,000. Two individuals were arrested at the scene and face multiple charges, including possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Ongoing Investigation
The RCMP's Lloydminster Drug Section is continuing the investigation. Police believe the drugs were destined for distribution in Lloydminster and surrounding communities. Authorities are urging anyone with information about drug trafficking to come forward.
