A transformative new resource has arrived in Cambridge, Ontario, with the grand opening of the Youth Wellness Hub that promises to revolutionize how young people access vital health services.
The newly launched facility, located at 150 Main Street, offers a comprehensive one-stop-shop approach to wellness for youth aged 12 to 26. What makes this hub particularly remarkable is that all services are completely free of charge and require no health card or referral.

"We heard loud and clear from young people that the current system was too fragmented and difficult to navigate," explained a representative from the project. "By bringing these services together in a youth-friendly space, we're removing the stigma and logistical challenges that often prevent young people from getting help when they need it most."
