A 14-year-old Calgarian has been recognized as a winner in the 2026 Science Without Borders Challenge, an international art competition organized by the Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation. Olivia Shin placed first among artists aged 11 to 14 years old, earning top honors for her creative depiction of marine conservation themes.
