Social Media Tease and Recent Achievements
Karol G, affectionately known as "Bichota," teased the tour announcement with a video posted on Instagram. In the clip, she is seen packing items into a cube van while wearing a white tank top, gold hot pants, and heels, with her Latin Grammy-winning song Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido providing the soundtrack.
The tour builds on the immense success of her 2023 album, Manana Sera Bonito, which earned her a Grammy for Best Musica Urbana Album and two Latin Grammys for Album of the Year and Best Urban Music Album. Notably, the album includes the diss track TQG, where Karol G and fellow Colombian icon Shakira address their former partners.
Her recent Coachella performance marked a historic milestone, as she became the festival's first-ever Latina headliner, further solidifying her status as a global music powerhouse.
