Katie Nolan, then hosting her “Garbage Time” show on Fox Sports 1, was there to conduct a sit-down interview with Patriots receiver Julian Edelman. The segment was scheduled just days before a crucial playoff game.
Nolan, an Emmy-winning broadcaster, had brought a change of clothes for the interview. Tired of making long trips down a hallway to the visitors' locker room bathroom, she made a fateful decision. She opted to change her clothes right there in the hallway for the sake of convenience.
