Glover explained that he experienced severe head pain while in Louisiana but continued with his show despite vision problems. When the issues persisted in Houston, he sought medical attention and received the alarming diagnosis.
"I went to the hospital and the doctor was like, 'You had a stroke,'" Glover told the audience, according to social media clips from the event. The artist immediately joked about copying Jamie Foxx, who suffered a near-fatal stroke in 2023, before revealing his deeper concern about letting people down.
