Jorginho described the security guard's response as "completely disproportionate," alleging that the guard "began speaking in an extremely aggressive manner to both my wife and my daughter." The footballer claimed the security personnel said the child shouldn't "disrespect" or "harass" other people and threatened to file a complaint with the hotel against the family.
