Falcon Executive Aviation, part of Alex Group Investment, has unveiled plans for a groundbreaking private aviation facility during the recent Dubai Airshow. The announcement marks a significant milestone in the evolution of urban air transportation for the region.
The new terminal represents the first fully private multi-modal FBO facility in Dubai specifically designed to serve as the city's primary hub for helicopter services and future electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) operations. Constructed on a substantial 6,380 square meter plot, the terminal is engineered as an ultra-private facility featuring direct helipad and vertiport access. The facility's innovative layout allows travelers to land via private jet, clear customs through private facilities, and continue their journey either by helicopter or transition directly to future eVTOL services for rapid point-to-point travel across Dubai's urban landscape.
