Critical Crash on Highway 410 in Brampton Leaves Driver in Life-Threatening Condition
A serious early morning collision on Highway 410 in Brampton has resulted in life-threatening injuries for one driver and prompted a search for another driver who fled the scene on foot.

Meanwhile, the driver of the silver car involved in the initial collision fled the scene on foot. Sgt. Schmidt confirmed that police efforts to locate this individual are ongoing.
As a result of the crash and subsequent investigation, the northbound lanes of Highway 410 are closed between Steeles Avenue and Queen Street. Ontario Provincial Police indicate these closures will likely remain in effect until approximately 10 a.m. while investigators process the scene and cleanup operations continue.
