Berger Montague (Canada) PC, the court-appointed trustee for the Ithaca Energy Inc. securities class action settlement claims administration, has announced a final extension of the deadline for investors to submit their Claim Forms. The new deadline is August 20, 2026, providing additional time for eligible investors to file their claims with supporting documentation.
Eligibility and Claim Submission
Investors who purchased Ithaca Energy common shares (CUSIP 46567104, ISIN CA4656761042) between October 9, 2014 and February 25, 2015 are eligible to participate in the settlement. Each class member must submit a completed Claim Form on or before August 11, 2026 to participate. Online claim submissions are available through Nuvo Claims Inc. via its secure Online Claims System.
Berger Montague strongly encourages investors and institutions to complete the online Claim Form as soon as possible to avoid delays in the distribution of the settlement fund.
