The new restaurant will be located at 16051 24th Ave, Surrey, within the Grandview Corners Shopping Mall near Sephora, adjacent to The Shops at Morgan Crossing. This location is minutes from Softball City and the South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre, making it a convenient dining destination for locals and visitors alike.

Owner's Vision
Andy Ahluwalia, Franchisee and Owner of Chop Steakhouse & Bar Coal Harbour, is bringing his extensive experience to this new venture. Having previously served as Operating Partner at Chop Richmond, Ahluwalia expressed his excitement about returning to Surrey, where he grew up. "I've watched Surrey grow right alongside me, and I'm incredibly proud to be back here building a space in a community I believe in so deeply," he said.
