Aritzia's Q3 Profit Soars 90% as U.S. Expansion Fuels Record Sales
Aritzia Profit Jumps 90%, Hits $1B in Quarterly Sales

Vancouver-based fashion powerhouse Aritzia Inc. has delivered a stunning financial performance, with its third-quarter profit nearly doubling thanks to a powerful combination of strategic U.S. growth and a surging digital business.

Record-Breaking Financial Results

The trendy clothing retailer announced a net income of $138.9 million, or $1.16 per diluted share, for the quarter that ended on November 30, 2025. This marks a dramatic increase of nearly 90 percent compared to the $74.1 million, or 63 cents per share, it earned in the same period the previous year.

Even more significant was the milestone in revenue. Aritzia reported net revenue of $1.04 billion, representing the first time in the company's history that it has surpassed the $1-billion mark in a single quarter. This figure is a 43-percent jump from the third quarter of the prior year.

Drivers of Explosive Growth

CEO Jennifer Wong credited the company's successful expansion in the United States as a primary engine for this growth. The aggressive opening of new store locations south of the border has paid substantial dividends, significantly contributing to the top-line revenue increase.

Another critical metric, comparable sales—which measures growth at stores open for more than a year—rose by an impressive 34 percent. This indicates that the sales boom is not solely from new stores but also from robust, organic growth in its existing retail network.

The company's digital strategy also proved highly effective. A recently launched mobile app, combined with increased investments in advertising, successfully stoked consumer demand and contributed to the quarter's outstanding results.

Momentum Continues Into Holiday Season

The retailer's hot streak was not confined to the third quarter. Jennifer Wong revealed that Aritzia experienced record-breaking sales during the crucial holiday shopping period, which will be reflected in the upcoming fourth-quarter financial report.

This sustained performance suggests that the company's strategic focus on geographical expansion and digital innovation is resonating strongly with shoppers. The successful penetration of the U.S. market, supported by a growing online and mobile presence, has positioned Aritzia for continued strength in the competitive fashion retail landscape.
