The project, named Glenmore Yards, represents the first phase of a master-planned industrial development on a 95.6-acre site that Anthem acquired in 2022.

The initial phase involves constructing a 438,300-square-foot, state-of-the-art A-class industrial space spread across 20.8 acres in Calgary's South Foothills East Industrial district. This construction-ready development will consist of three buildings designed to be held long-term by both companies, with development and building permits already secured and early-stage construction activities underway.
