The permit was granted within 15 business days of submission and encompasses eight potential drill sites located in the Jeep Mine area, which lies within the western segment of the porphyry system. This system features extensive sheeted and stockwork veins that are exposed on the surface, spanning an east-west strike length of three to four kilometers. VR Resources has initiated the reclamation bonding process, a standard requirement for all BLM NOI drill permits in Nevada, ensuring environmental compliance as operations proceed.
Field planning is currently underway for an approximate 1,500-meter drill program designed to test newly identified IP and conductivity geophysical anomalies at Jeep Mine. These anomalies, characterized by co-spatial and steeply plunging features, have been refined through a review of 3D array DCIP geophysical survey data from 2023, conducted in collaboration with Dias Geophysical during the AME Mineral Exploration Conference in Vancouver.
