Kraken Robotics Inc., a leading provider of advanced marine technologies, has made significant leadership changes to bolster its strategic direction and operational capabilities. The company, publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PNG and on the OTCQB as KRKNF, announced these appointments effective immediately, marking a pivotal step in its growth trajectory.
Don Robertson Joins Board of Directors
Don Robertson has been appointed to the Board of Directors at Kraken Robotics, bringing over three decades of extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and public company governance. His expertise includes advising boards and senior management on strategic matters such as M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic financings.
Currently, Mr. Robertson serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and a board member for Bragg Gaming Group, a technology provider listed on both the TSX and Nasdaq, and Orillia Power Generation Corporation. His previous roles include Managing Director and Head of Global Mergers and Acquisitions at Scotiabank, as well as Chief Executive Officer for Canada and Head of Corporate Finance for the Americas at Standard Chartered Bank.
Mr. Robertson holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Laurentian University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1998, adding legal acumen to his financial background.

John Salama Promoted to Chief Information Officer
In a parallel move, Kraken Robotics has promoted John J. Salama to the role of Chief Information Officer. Mr. Salama joined the company in February 2025 as Senior Vice President of Software, Information Technology, and Information Systems. During his tenure, he has led a comprehensive transformation of the software and IT departments, implementing a performance-driven culture and unifying disparate processes while strengthening the company's cybersecurity posture.
Mr. Salama brings more than twenty years of executive leadership experience across technology, product development, and operations. He has a proven track record in driving large-scale digital transformations and modernizing legacy systems to support rapid global expansion, aligning with Kraken's strategic objectives.
