Curaleaf Resumes OTC Trading Under CURLF Symbol

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (TSX: CURA) (OTCQX: CURLF), a leading international provider of consumer cannabis products, announced that its Subordinate Voting Shares have resumed trading under the OTC trading symbol CURLF effective July 6, 2026. The return marks the conclusion of a temporary transition period following the company’s previously announced 1-for-3 reverse stock split.

Transition Period Details

Following the reverse stock split on June 5, 2026, Curaleaf’s shares temporarily traded under the symbol CURLD for 20 trading days, as required by FINRA and OTC Markets Group regulations. With that period now expired, the shares have returned to the CURLF symbol on the OTCQX Best Market.

No shareholder action is required in connection with the symbol change. The company’s shares continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CURA and on the OTCQX under CURLF, with the post-split CUSIP number 23126M300.
