A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a collision with a semi-truck in southeast Calgary on Thursday afternoon. The crash occurred near the intersection of 52nd Street and 114th Avenue S.E. around 3:30 p.m., according to Calgary police.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found the motorcyclist with serious injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. The driver of the semi-truck remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
