A man in his 60s is fighting for his life after being hit by a car while riding an e-scooter in North York on Saturday afternoon. Toronto police reported that the collision occurred around 3:35 p.m. in the area of Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue.
Emergency crews arrived to find the man with serious injuries. He was rushed to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. No charges have been laid at this time.
