Bombardier Delivers First Global 8000 in Africa to BUA Group

Bombardier has announced the delivery of the first Global 8000 aircraft in Africa to BUA Group, a Nigerian multinational company with diverse interests including cement, food, oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, ports, terminals, and real estate. This milestone marks a significant achievement for Bombardier's flagship Global aircraft family.

Key Features of the Global 8000

The Global 8000 boasts a top speed of Mach 0.95 and an impressive range of 8,000 nautical miles, enabling non-stop connections from Lagos to major global business hubs such as Los Angeles, Perth, and Tokyo. The aircraft is designed to provide exceptional speed, range, cabin comfort, and productivity for demanding intercontinental missions.

With the lowest cabin altitude in business aviation at just 2,691 feet, passengers arrive better rested. The aircraft offers four true living spaces, a dedicated crew rest area, Bombardier's signature Smooth Flĕx Wing, and the smooth ride characteristic of the Global family.
