Additionally, the company expects its net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio to return to its target range of approximately 2.5 times within three years following the closing of its transaction with EchoStar.
Second-Quarter 2026 Expectations
For the second quarter of 2026, AT&T anticipates year-over-year growth in wireless service revenue that exceeds the growth reported in the first quarter of 2026. The company also expects continued momentum with converged offers and an improvement in year-over-year advanced home internet net additions. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA is projected to see improved year-over-year growth compared to the first quarter. Free cash flow for the second quarter is expected to be in the range of $4.0 billion to $4.5 billion.
