Red Lobster Crabfest Returns June 29 with Customizable Crab Your Way Options
Red Lobster Crabfest Returns with New Customizable Options

Red Lobster's fan-favourite Crabfest returns June 29, offering guests more customization than ever with new Crab Your Way options, a limited-time Crabfest Boil, and tropical cocktails. The summer tradition, running for a limited time at participating locations, features the return of Bairdi crab alongside Snow crab, six flavour choices including a new Mike's Hot Honey option, and customizable spice levels for Seafood Boils.

Customizable Crab Your Way Experience

For the first time, guests can choose between Snow or Bairdi crab legs served over crispy potatoes, prepared Simply Steamed or paired with one of six flavours: Roasted Garlic & Herb, Cajun Style, Lemon Pepper, OLD BAY & Butter Sauce, RL Signature, and the new Mike's Hot Honey. Each Crab Your Way order includes a choice of side. According to Red Lobster, this year's Crabfest is the most customizable yet, responding to guest demand for more personalization.

Building on the viral success of Seafood Boils introduced during last year's Crabfest, the 2026 lineup adds a new Crabfest Boil that offers twice the portion of crab as any existing Red Lobster boil, plus shrimp and guests' choice of flavour and spice level. The boil can be customized with the same six flavour options and a range of spice intensities.

New Menu Items and Cocktails

In addition to the Crab Your Way and Crabfest Boil, the menu includes Crab & Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, featuring lump crab meat and tender shrimp tossed with linguini in a house-made creamy garlic Alfredo sauce with fresh asparagus and tomatoes. Crab-Topped favourites return, including Stuffed Mushrooms, Crab Queso, Salmon Oscar, Steak Oscar, Crab-Topped Baked Potato, and Crab-Topped Mashed Potatoes.

To complement the seafood, Red Lobster introduces three tropical, Hawaiian-inspired cocktails: the Magical Blue Hawaiian (Malibu Coconut Rum with pineapple and citrus, finished with butterfly pea tea), Hula Punch (Smirnoff Vodka with peach and hibiscus, topped with club soda), and Lava Flow Margarita (Espolòn Blanco Tequila and Malibu Coconut Rum mixed with strawberry hibiscus sour).

Chef's Perspective

“Crabfest gives us the chance to have a lot of fun with the seafood our guests already love,” said Chef Xavier Soto of Red Lobster. “We heard from guests that they wanted more ways to make Crabfest their own, so this year we’re bringing more choice to Crab Your Way, more flavour and spice to our viral Seafood Boils, and new spins on classic crab dishes. It keeps the hands-on crab experience guests love feeling fresh each time they come to Red Lobster.”

The Crabfest menu is available starting June 29 at participating Red Lobster restaurants across Canada for a limited time. Red Lobster, based in Orlando, Florida, operates as the world's largest seafood restaurant company, emphasizing sustainable and responsibly sourced seafood.
