Miss Vickie's Ristoranti Series Returns for 2026

Miss Vickie's has announced the return of its limited-edition Ristoranti Series kettle chips, developed in collaboration with three acclaimed Canadian Italian restaurants: Pizzeria Badiali in Toronto, Ask For Luigi in Vancouver, and Nora Gray in Montreal. Starting June 26, 2026, 100 Chip Kits are available for free reservation, with a retail launch set for July 12, 2026.

Chip Reservation Program Launches

For the first time, Miss Vickie's is offering a Chip Reservation program, giving 100 Canadians the chance to secure their Ristoranti Series chips two weeks before they hit store shelves. Each Chip Kit includes all three flavours, a note from each restaurant, and an exclusive reservation card. Reservations are free and available at https://reservemissvickies.ca/ristoranti/ on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 12:00 PM EST on June 26, while supplies last.

According to Lisa Allie, Senior Director of Foods Marketing at PepsiCo Canada, "The Ristoranti Series demonstrated last year that Canadian consumers have a real appetite for snacking experiences that don't compromise on craft. Bringing it back was an easy decision. The reservation is how we honour that demand and bring it to the consumers who've been waiting."

Three Flavours Inspired by Iconic Dishes

The three returning flavours are Vodka Sauce Pizza (Pizzeria Badiali), Cacio e Pepe (Ask For Luigi), and Spicy Pepperoncini & Focaccia (Nora Gray). Each flavour was developed through in-restaurant tastings, dish analysis, and seasoning iteration with Miss Vickie's Research & Development and Culinary teams to recreate the taste of the dish in chip form.

Retail Launch and Availability

After the reservation period, the Ristoranti Series will be available at retailers across Canada starting July 12, 2026. Last year's launch saw bags disappear quickly as consumers sought out the limited-edition chips, turning the release into a national treasure hunt. The brand aims to meet that demand this year with the new reservation system.
