DJI Agriculture Launches Agras T55 and T100 Drones

DJI Agriculture today announced the global launch of the new DJI Agras T55 and DJI Agras T100 Dual Battery Spraying System, expanding on its line of popular agricultural drones. The Agras T55 offers a 50 L payload capacity with industry-leading safety systems, while the Agras T100 enhances efficiency for large-scale field operations with a 90 L tank capacity and dual-battery configuration.

Industry-Leading Safety and Precision for the Agras T55

The Agras T55 is a lightweight, intuitive agricultural drone designed for spraying, spreading, and lifting. It can carry 50 L for spraying at a flow rate of 50 L/min with mist sprinklers, and 55 kg for spreading at a rate of 400 kg/min. The new Agras T55 Lift System supports a lifting payload of 40 kg and features Auto Balance Control and Emergency Cable Release.

Equipped with an all-new millimeter-wave radar that delivers a point cloud density of up to 250,000 points per second, the drone provides more precise obstacle detection. Upgraded hardware and algorithms ensure reliable operation in rain and fog. The system logs obstacles to avoid them in future flights, increasing safety over time. An all-new quad-vision system combines three top-mounted cameras with a low-light full-color FPV camera, enabling operators to view scenes in front, behind, left, right, and below the drone.

Enhanced Efficiency with the Agras T100 Dual Battery Spraying System

The Agras T100 Dual Battery Spraying System offers greater versatility and improved efficiency for a range of agricultural tasks. With dual intelligent batteries, hover time improves by 50% at equal payload, while the 90 L tank capacity ensures longer endurance for seamless, non-stop operations across large areas. The dual-atomized centrifugal sprinklers enable faster flight speeds, wider spray coverage, and greater operational efficiency for large-scale field applications.

For orchard treatment, an optional mist sprinkler set enhances effectiveness. Enhanced flow rates and atomization can penetrate dense canopies and reach the undersides of leaves on tall, thickly canopied trees. The system has a 150 L capacity for spreading with the standard single-battery configuration (400 kg/min) and an 80 kg lifting capacity. With the dual-battery setup, the spraying system offers a 90 L tank capacity at 40 L/min via four mist sprinklers.

Global Impact and Support Network

“DJI Agriculture continues to push the boundaries of precision farming, empowering farmers with our advanced drone technology to feed their communities while reducing the environmental costs to our planet,” said Yuan Zhang, Head of Global Sales at DJI Agriculture. “Today, more than 600,000 DJI agricultural drones are in use worldwide, treating 300 types of crops in more than 100 countries. DJI Agriculture has developed a strong, localized support network for sales, service, and training. Worldwide, we now have more than 3,500 service and repair centers and a training network of more than 7,000 certified instructors.”

Building on more than 13 years of dedicated research and development, these new agricultural drones expand on the capabilities of the company’s most popular models, supporting even more farmers in treating orchards, small plots, and beyond.
