First Indigenous-Led Recovery Community Opens in Alberta
Alberta's inaugural Indigenous-led recovery community has opened on the Blood Tribe, offering 75 beds for addiction treatment. The province has budgeted $30 million to operate five such facilities, adding 375 beds to the treatment system.
