Madison Atiabi, who claims no prior acquaintance with Nacua, alleges that during a meal, the receiver made an offensive statement, saying "f*** all the Jews" from across the table. Atiabi, who is Jewish, reported feeling immediately offended and emotionally distressed by the comment.
Later that evening, as the group moved to another location, Atiabi claims Nacua behaved erratically and became physically intrusive. She alleges that he bit her girlfriend's thumb before attacking her, biting her on the left shoulder with such force that it left a clear circular impression of his teeth, breaking the skin. A photo of the alleged bite mark has been shared, showing dental indentations on her back.
Legal Proceedings and Responses
Atiabi filed a restraining order request, which was temporarily denied by a judge who stated that more information is needed at a properly noticed hearing. A hearing has been scheduled for April 14 to further review the case. In response to the allegations, Nacua's attorney, Levi McCathern, told TMZ that the receiver did not make the antisemitic remark but admitted to biting Atiabi during what he described as horseplay among the group.
McCathern also asserted that the accuser is attempting to blackmail Nacua and vowed to file a defamation lawsuit. He emphasized that the allegations are not sexual or related to domestic violence and noted that a sober third party denied hearing any antisemitic comments from Nacua during the encounter.
