Seth Jarvis scored in overtime to lift the Carolina Hurricanes to a 3-2 victory over the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final on Thursday night in Raleigh, North Carolina. The win evened the best-of-seven series at one game apiece.
Jarvis fired a shot from the slot past Vegas goaltender Adin Hill just 3:47 into the extra period, setting off a wild celebration at PNC Arena. Shayne Gostisbehere, who assisted on the goal, joined in the jubilation as the Hurricanes avoided falling into a 2-0 series hole.
