According to the OPP, officers stopped a vehicle traveling well above the speed limit. Upon approaching the car, they observed multiple children not secured in seat belts, with some even lying on the floor of the vehicle. The driver, whose identity has not been released, now faces charges related to careless driving and failure to ensure proper restraint of passengers.
