Woman Wanted for Murder in North York Death

Toronto Police are asking for the public's help in locating a woman wanted for second-degree murder following the death of a man in North York last weekend.

Police said Friday that Dzsenifer Olah, 25, of Toronto, is being sought for the early Sunday morning death of Erik Safar, 32, of Toronto. His death is Toronto's 14th homicide of 2026.

Cops say, on Sunday around 6 a.m., officers responded to a call for unknown trouble in the Keele St. and Wilson Ave. area.

Man Assaulted and Hit by Vehicle

It was reported to police that a group of people were fighting in the area, and that a man was assaulted and struck by a vehicle. Life-saving measures were performed, however, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, cops said. A second person was also injured and sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

An unknown number of suspects fled the scene in a light-coloured vehicle.

Two Men Turned Themselves In

On Tuesday, two men turned themselves in to police. Milan Andras Babos, 18, of Hamilton, and Richard Olah, 23, of Toronto, were arrested and charged with second-degree murder. They were both scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre on Tuesday.

Third Suspect, a Woman, Later Identified

As a result of their continued investigation, police said a third individual was identified as a suspect. Investigators released an image of Dzsenifer Olah. It's not yet known what relationship, if any, there is between co-accused Dzsenifer Olah and Richard Olah.
