Windsor police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects following a violent assault at an apartment building in the city's west end. The incident occurred on May 9, just before 7:30 p.m., in the 3100 block of Sandwich Street.
According to investigators, an argument between the two suspects and two other individuals escalated into a physical altercation. The female suspect allegedly began punching another woman. When a man attempted to intervene by stepping between them, he was punched and choked by the male suspect.
Both victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries, police confirmed. One of them was transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
Suspect Descriptions
The male suspect is described as a white male, aged 40 to 50, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a medium build and grey facial hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black toque, a black T-shirt, and blue jeans.
The female suspect is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a medium build and brown hair tied in a ponytail. She was wearing a grey T-shirt, grey jogging pants, and white running shoes.
