Incident Details

The collision occurred on a street in Shediac, a town in southeastern New Brunswick. Police responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The driver fled the scene before officers arrived.

The victim sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their condition has not been disclosed.

Investigation Underway

RCMP have been investigating the incident since it was reported. Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage and speaking with witnesses to identify the suspect vehicle and driver.
