Moxies has unveiled its highly anticipated 2026 Summer Feature Menu, available at all locations across Canada from May 14 through September 6. This limited-time menu celebrates the vibrant energy of summer dining with fresh flavours and bold new offerings, including a standout addition: Sushi by Moxies.

Sushi by Moxies: A Fresh Take on a Classic

Developed in partnership with Chef Tom Jeon, who brings over 16 years of sushi expertise, Sushi by Moxies delivers an innovative blend of authentic inspiration and Moxies' signature style. The sushi lineup is designed for summer enjoyment, whether on the patio or paired with handcrafted cocktails.

Highlights of the sushi menu include:

  • Miso Tuna Crispy Rice: Crispy rice topped with savoury miso tuna for a satisfying bite.
  • Salmon & Prawn Aburi Oshi: A modern pressed sushi with crispy prawn, seasoned rice, salmon, and caramelized miso mayo.
  • Spicy Tuna Dynamite Roll: Crispy prawn wrapped in seasoned rice, topped with spicy tuna and golden fried breadcrumbs.

Seasonal Dishes and Refreshing Cocktails

Beyond sushi, the Summer Feature Menu introduces vibrant seasonal dishes. The Ponzu Crunch Steak Salad features crunchy kale, cabbage, and carrot tossed in miso and lime ponzu dressing, topped with crispy masago pearls and a 5oz sirloin (or rare seared ahi tuna as an option). The 10oz New York Steak is perfectly seared and served with buttered mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

The beverage lineup includes the Summerbreeze, a citrus-forward cocktail created by Kaitlyn Weatherall from Moxies Kanata. Also featured are the Raspberry Gin Smash, blending gin with basil and raspberry syrup, and the returning Yuzu Pear Spritz (Non-Alc), made with a high-quality zero-proof spirit.
