Melco Resorts & Entertainment has reaffirmed its status as a premier global force in fine dining by achieving outstanding results in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026. The company's restaurants in Macau collectively earned eight MICHELIN Stars, distributed across five distinct dining establishments located within City of Dreams, Studio City, and Altira Macau.
City of Dreams: Macau's Culinary Epicenter
City of Dreams has solidified its reputation as Macau's leading gastronomic hub, boasting an impressive six MICHELIN Stars. This achievement positions it as the integrated resort with the highest number of stars in the city, underscoring its commitment to exceptional culinary experiences.
Prestigious Recognitions Announced
The accolades were unveiled at the 18th edition ceremony of the MICHELIN Guide in Macau. Among the highlights, Jade Dragon, the Cantonese fine dining restaurant at City of Dreams, retained its prestigious Three MICHELIN Star status for an eighth consecutive year. Similarly, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus was honored with Two MICHELIN Stars, also for the eighth year in a row.
Additional restaurants maintaining their One MICHELIN Star honors include Pearl Dragon at Studio City, Ying at Altira Macau, and Sushi Kinetsu at City of Dreams. Furthermore, the innovative Chinese restaurant Yí at City of Dreams received a recommendation from the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026.
