McDonald's Launches FIFA World Cup 2026 Meals with Collectible Cups
McDonald's FIFA World Cup Meals Launch June 9

McDonald's is embracing the FIFA World Cup spirit with new limited-time themed meals that will be available starting June 9, 2026. The fast-food chain is offering the FIFA World Cup 26 Meal, which pairs regular menu items with one of seven legendary collectible cups featuring six FIFA stars: Team Canada's Alphonso Davies, David Beckham, Ronaldinho Gaucho, Thierry Henry, Heung-Min Son, and Lamine Yamal, along with the Golden Arches icon Grimace.

The meals will also include Big Mac dipping sauce for those seeking extra zest for their French fries or McNuggets. Morgan Flatley, McDonald's global chief marketing officer and head of new business ventures, stated in a media release: "At McDonald's, magic happens when families, friends, and fans come together and celebrate with the people they love. As soccer icons take the field to unite fans across continents, McDonald's will be there from the first whistle to the final minute with limited-time meals and keepsakes so fans of all ages can be part of the excitement all tournament long and beyond."

World Cup Happy Meal with Squishmallows

Children are not left out of the World Cup celebration. McDonald's is offering the FIFA World Cup 26 Happy Meal, where youngsters will receive one of 23 Squishmallows toys. Squishmallows are a popular brand of ultra-soft plush toys, and these plushies will be decked out in tournament-inspired soccer jerseys featuring unique colors, patterns, crests, numbers, and McDonald's graphics.

As an extra bonus, every Squishmallows Happy Meal comes in special packaging that includes a scannable code. This code unlocks a digital game that allows future soccer stars to practice their corner kicks online, according to McDonald's media release.

The World Cup meals will be available from June 9 to July 6. This promotion comes as McDonald's continues to engage with major cultural events, following recent collaborations with Drake's OVO brand and other limited-time offerings.
