Bar Pompette Leads the Pack

Little Italy's Bar Pompette secured the highest ranking for Toronto, landing at number eight. The Parisian-inspired cocktail bar has been a repeat winner, previously claiming the top spot on Canada's 100 Best list in 2024. Its consistent excellence in mixology and ambiance has earned it acclaim from critics and patrons alike.

Library Bar Earns Sustainability Award

The Fairmont Royal York's Library Bar took the 19th spot and also received the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award. The bar integrates seasonal ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and low-waste practices into its cocktail program, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability without compromising the elevated guest experience, according to North America's 50 Best Bars.

Mother Cocktail Bar and Civil Works

Queen West's Mother Cocktail Bar ranked 22nd, known for its innovative use of fermentation to craft signature drinks. Civil Works, located inside King West's Waterworks Food Hall, rounded out Toronto's representation at 29th place. Both bars have garnered attention for their unique approaches to cocktail creation.

This year's top spot went to New York's Sip & Guzzle, while Vancouver's The Keefer Bar earned the highest ranking for Canada at seventh place. The recognition solidifies Toronto's position as a destination for exceptional cocktail experiences.
