- Wagyu Steak Bites: Served with wasabi chive aioli and truffle honey dijon, offering a richer flavor and impactful execution.
- Patatas Bravas: Crispy potatoes with spicy pimenton tomato sauce and garlic aioli.
- Charred Scallion Miso Ribeye: Lightly brushed with wasabi, accompanied by mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
- Bone-In New York Striploin: Featuring a caramelized onion demi glaze, available at all locations except downtown Toronto.
