Health Canada has reported incidents of injury linked to recalled electric water kettles sold across the country. The recall involves Zwilling Enfinigy Electric Kettle and Zwilling Enfinigy Electric Kettle Pro models, which pose a burn hazard to consumers.

Recall Details

The affected kettles were sold from July 2020 to December 2025. Approximately 10,000 units were distributed in Canada. Consumers are advised to stop using the kettles immediately and contact Zwilling for a full refund.

Reported Incidents

As of May 2026, there have been 12 reports of incidents in Canada, including two injuries. The injuries involved burns to the hands and fingers. Health Canada urges anyone with the recalled product to return it.

Consumer Action

Consumers can identify the recalled kettles by the model numbers printed on the base. Zwilling has set up a dedicated website and phone line for refunds. No other Zwilling products are affected.
