Southern Sask. Communities Without Power After Storm

Power Outages Hit Southern Saskatchewan Communities

Several communities in southern Saskatchewan, including the Town of Eastend, are currently without power due to storm-related structural damage. The outages were caused by severe weather that swept through the region, damaging power lines and other infrastructure.

SaskPower crews have been dispatched to assess the damage and begin repairs. However, no estimated time for power restoration has been provided yet. Residents are advised to prepare for extended outages and to report any downed power lines immediately.

The storm also caused damage to buildings and roads in the affected areas. Local authorities are urging caution and advising residents to stay indoors until conditions improve.
