Brixton Metals Drills 14.75m of 1.25% Copper, 1.71 g/t Gold at Glenfiddich Zone
Brixton Metals Drills 14.75m of 1.25% Copper, 1.71 g/t Gold

Brixton Metals Corporation (TSX-V: BBB, OTCQX: BBBXF) has released initial drill results from its 2026 season at the wholly owned Thorn Project in northwestern British Columbia. Step-out drilling at the Glenfiddich Zone successfully extended mineralization 20 meters west, with hole THN26-372 returning 14.75 meters grading 1.25% copper, 1.71 g/t gold, and 149.00 g/t silver from 84.25 meters depth. This included a high-grade intercept of 1.50 meters of 8.33% copper, 11.30 g/t gold, and 971.00 g/t silver from 90.00 meters depth.

Additional Assay Results

Hole THN26-372 also returned a shallower interval of 6.12 meters of 0.48% copper, 0.45 g/t gold, and 56.21 g/t silver from 53.38 meters depth, including 1.00 meter of 2.24% copper, 1.22 g/t gold, and 249.00 g/t silver from 56 meters depth. The reported intervals are drilling lengths; true widths have not yet been determined. All assays are weighted averages.

Exploration Context

The Thorn Project is described as an underexplored copper-gold porphyry district with several large-scale exploration target areas. The Glenfiddich Zone is part of the Camp Creek Corridor, which hosts near-surface vein-breccia mineralization. According to Chairman and CEO Gary R. Thompson, the Glenfiddich Zone likely represents feeder structures related to the Camp Creek porphyry at depth. Current drilling aims to extend the zone along strike and down dip to inform an update of the 2014 Mineral Resource Estimate.

Drilling Details

Hole THN26-372 was collared at an azimuth of 150 degrees with a dip of -70 degrees and drilled to a depth of 99.00 meters. A second hole, THN26-371, was drilled from the same pad at an azimuth of 150 degrees with a dip of -60 degrees to 150.00 meters depth; assays are pending. These collars are located 28 meters northwest of hole THN25-322, which previously intersected 16.00 meters of 3.40 g/t gold, 96.08 g/t silver, and 0.59% copper, including 3.00 meters of 8.16 g/t gold, 159.66 g/t silver, and 0.73% copper. Mineralization in the area consists of quartz-breccia-pyrite-sulphosalt-sphalerite-galena with trace bornite-covellite hosted within a pervasively sericite-pyrite altered diorite porphyry unit.
