The email was sent under the signature "F," likely referencing her nickname Fergie, and mentioned she heard the news from "The Duke," a clear reference to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew.
The exact wording of the email reads: "Dont know if you are still on this bbm (BlackBerry Messenger) but heard from The Duke that you have had a baby boy. Even though you never kept in touch, I still am here with love, friendship and congratualtions (sic) on your baby boy. Sarah xx"
Ferguson's Accusations of Being Used
In a follow-up email, Ferguson expressed hurt and frustration, accusing Epstein of using her to gain access to Prince Andrew. She wrote, "You have disappeared. I did not even know you were having a baby. It was sooooo crystal clear to me that you were only friends with me to get to Andrew. And that really hurt me deeeply [sic]. More than you will know."
These emails are part of over three million documents, along with 180,000 images and 2,000 videos, released last Friday. Ferguson's name appears multiple times in the files, including references to her offering VIP tours of Buckingham Palace to Epstein and his associates.

While Epstein never publicly acknowledged having children, the documents reveal that more than 100 individuals have claimed to be his kin, often in attempts to access his wealth.
