"It's a once-in-a-lifetime thing," said Janice Tibbetts, who flew from Ottawa to attend. "When I saw the invitation on social media, I knew I would regret it forever if I didn't go."

Despite being the host, Drake did not appear in person or via video. He sent personal invitations to Janices he knew in Toronto, saying "Hey Janice. Sorry we might have ruined your summer."
