A 63-year-old motorcyclist died Thursday morning after his motorcycle collided with a car in east Vancouver.
Details of the Crash
Vancouver police reported that the collision occurred at approximately 9:15 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and East 10th Avenue. The man was riding a motorcycle when he struck a hatchback car.
Emergency services transported the man to hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Investigation Underway
Police confirmed that the driver of the car remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. No charges have been announced, and the investigation is ongoing.
The intersection was closed for several hours as police gathered evidence and reconstructed the crash.
