Rogers Sports & Media and Bryan and Sarah Baeumler have unveiled the specifics of their exclusive multi-year production agreement with HGTV in Canada. The deal includes two new unscripted series and the couple taking on hosting duties for the upcoming show Home Town Takeover Canada.
New Series Announced
The first series, Baeumler Ranch (wt), follows Bryan and Sarah as they embark on their most ambitious project yet: transforming a sprawling Rocky Mountain ranch into a world-class destination. The series will showcase the challenges of business, design, and survival as they create a uniquely Canadian hotspot. More details are expected later.
The second series, Sarah Baeumler By Design, is an all-new design show. Sarah Baeumler will tackle major transformations for homeowners with life-changing milestones and business owners preparing for critical launches, all while racing against the clock to deliver stunning spaces. Production is already underway, with broadcast details to be announced soon. Both series are produced by B3 Multimedia in association with HGTV.
Home Town Takeover Canada
Bryan and Sarah Baeumler will also host Home Town Takeover Canada, based on the hit U.S. format. This series involves a full-scale small-town revitalization, transforming homes, businesses, and public spaces to breathe new life into a deserving Canadian community. Production begins in June 2026. The show will feature appearances by Erin and Ben Napier, Sarah Keenleyside, Andy Hay, Emily Michelle, Ashley Callingbull, and others. It is produced by RTR Media in association with HGTV, with location and broadcast details to be revealed in the coming weeks.
